Makes and delivers products so that they arrive at the unit on time. Replenishes drugs used during surgery and code blue carts, and completes the appropriate charge sheet for each patient. Performs functions requested by pharmacists or pharmacy leadership in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Maintains a high level of accuracy and accountability in all controlled substance transactions. Answers the phone promptly and courteously, using experience and prioritization skills to forward calls appropriately. Restocks boxes, kits, trays, and code cart trays. Completes deliveries and refills functions quickly to minimize time spent out of the department.
