This individual will manage the enterprise pension financial strategy and the Outsourced Chief Investment Officers as well as assist in the management of the North America DC plans. This position reports to the Director – Global Financial Risk & Pensions and works collaboratively both within Treasury and with various business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of activities.What You’ll Be Brewing:Manage enterprise pension governance processes including investment strategy, funding and risk managementQuantify, forecast & report the financial impacts of pension activities (e.g. pension expense, etc.)Work with defined benefit and defined contribution fiduciaries across the globe to optimize: Plan asset allocation strategiesInvestment manager evaluation & selectionInvestment consultant and actuary evaluation & selectionDB/DC plan benefit design Partner with global OCIO’s to drive improved pension investment performance while mitigating overall enterprise financial riskImplement strategic changes to global pension plans including liability management and risk settlementsDirectly responsible for all Governance and Investment Subcommittee materials for North America Pension and DC plans as well as Global Finance Committee materials for Global Pensions.Responsible for reviewing the reporting of all pension numbers globally for the 10-Q’s and 10-K’sKey Ingredients: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in finance or related field; MBA or CFA preferredYou have 5+ years of experience in global treasury, finance, and other relevant analytical finance work in a complex, multinational environmentStrong practical knowledge of pensionsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred, knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and AI-powered tools is a plusYou serve as a visible change agent and a transformational leaderYou have demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment, and can gain commitment and coordinated action on projects or initiativesYou have the credibility to influence others and possess strategic thought leadershipYou have excellent communication skills with the ability to assess situations and provide an objective, non-biased point of viewBeverage Bonuses: Flexible work programs that support work life balance including a hybrid work model of 4 days in the officeParticipation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, retirement plan options with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resourcesOn site Pub, access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages! Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $111,900.00 -$146,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
